2026-2027 Program Year

A new program year is just around the corner, and our team is already preparing with great care, thoughtfulness, and excitement for all that lies ahead.

Behind the scenes, classrooms are beginning to take shape in our teachers minds and class lists are being thoughtfully crafted. Our educators are revisiting curriculum plans, preparing engaging learning experiences, and intentionally designing environments where children can feel safe and inspired to explore.

This page will serve as your go-to space to stay informed and prepared. We’ll continue to update it with key information as it becomes available.

Last Day for Registration Changes
If you need to change the days you are registered, please do so before July 31. After July 31, you can Request a Permanent Change of Days through this form. No requests will be accepted until September.

2026-2027 Program Information
Nourish’s program information will be released. The information goes over our procedures for the program year. This information is focused procedures of the day to day specifically. Policies can be found in our Family Handbook, linked below.

Meet the Teacher Night

4320 Navarre Avenue, 6:30 PM

Nourish will host a Meet the Teacher night so your child can spend time in their classroom and with their teachers before the program begins! You are invited to come and see what we have in store for the year ahead.

Friday, August 7
New or Expired Child Paperwork Due
See details on the paperwork below. All families must update their Enrollment Agreement, Financial Agreement, and Photo Release forms through Brightwheel.

First Day of Program Year for All Ages
Brightwheel invoicing will be sent this full week.
(Holidays and planning days are preemptively included into weekly pricing.)

Health and Enrollment Forms

Nourish Early Learning is licensed by the Ohio Department of Children and Youth. Understanding your children is important to our work together and forms mandated by the state is one way in which we can get to know your child. Please fill out paperwork in a timely manner.

All families must have these completed and turned in by Friday, August 7, 2026.

Child Enrollment and Health Information (Rev. 07/2026)
All families must have up-to-date Child Enrollment and Health Information forms on file at the school. These are reviewed and signed annually for each child.
Immunization Records
All families must have up-to-date Immunization records on file at the school. These must be turned in annually. Your child's pediatrician can print these for you to turn in.
Child Medical/Physical Care Plan for Child Care (if necessary, Rev. 7/2026)
Nourish Enrollment Agreement (All families must sign)

Billing and Tuition Information

All families received an email from our billing team (billing@nourishearlylearning.com) who laid out your statement plan for the program year. This will confirm your weekly payments.
