Welcome to the 2026 Summer Program!

We are delighted for what’s to come in our 2026 Summer for your kiddos! We are deeply underway planning programs, events and joy being fused into their day to day. Class lists are being thoughtfully prepared, welcome letters are being intentionally written, curriculums are being reviewed with your children in mind. This page is set out for you to be fully prepared for the upcoming year and will be updated as information becomes available.

Thursday, April 30
Last Day for Registration Changes
If you need to change the days you are registered, please do so before April 30 by filling out Adjustment to Registered Days form. Review our full policy here. After April 30th, no requests will be accepted until June.

Nourish’s program information for all families goes over our philosophy, mission, procedures and policies for the summer. Some of our policies change, so we highly encourage all families (new and current) to listen before the summer program begins.

Tuesday, May 5
Meet the Teacher Night
4320 Navarre Avenue, 6:30 PM
Nourish will host a Meet the Teacher night for your child to spend time in their classroom and with their teachers before the program begins!

Friday, May 8
New or Expired Child Paperwork Due
See details on paperwork below. All families must update their Enrollment Agreement, Financial Agreement and Photo Release forms through Brightwheel.

Monday, June 1
Nourish Closed for Care
Professional Development and Classroom Planning

Tuesday, June 2
First Day of Summer Program
Brightwheel invoicing will be sent this full week.
(Holidays and planning days are preemptively reduced into weekly invoicing.)

Friday, August 21
Last Day of Summer Program
Brightwheel invoicing will be sent this week.

Health and Enrollment Forms

All families must have up-to-date Enrollment and Medical forms on file at the school. All new families must have these completed and turned in by Friday, May 8, 2025.

Child Medical/Physical Care Plan for Child Care (if necessary, Rev. 07/2025)

All families, current and new, must sign the following forms in Brightwheel.

Nourish Enrollment Agreement (All families must sign)
Nourish Family Handbook (All families must review)
Nourish Financial Agreement (All families must sign)
Nourish Finance Agreement for Publicly Funded Childcare (PFCC Families must sign)
Nourish Photo Release Form (All families must sign)

Billing and Tuition Information

All families will receive an email from our billing team (billing@nourishearlylearning.com) to lay out your statement plan for the summer. This will confirm your weekly payments.
