A new program year is just around the corner—and we are already preparing with joy, care, and intention.

From thoughtfully crafted class lists to welcome letters, every detail is coming together with your child in mind. Our educators are revisiting the curriculum, planning meaningful experiences, and weaving joy and connection into the rhythms of the day.

Friday, August 1
Last Day for Registration Changes
If you need to change the days you are registered, please do so before August 1. After August 1st, you can Request a Permanent Change of Days through this form. No requests will be accepted until September.

Tuesday, August 5
2025-2026 Program Information
Nourish’s program information will be released. The information goes over our procedures and policies for the program year. Some of our policies have changed, so we highly encourage all families (new and current) to listen before the program year begins.

Meet the Teacher Night

4320 Navarre Avenue, 6:30 PM

Nourish will host a Meet the Teacher night so your child can spend time in their classroom and with their teachers before the program begins! You are invited to come and see what we have in store for the year ahead.

Friday, August 8
New or Expired Child Paperwork Due
See details on the paperwork below. All families must update their Enrollment Agreement, Financial Agreement, and Photo Release forms through Brightwheel.

Health and Enrollment Forms

All families must have up-to-date Enrollment and Medical forms on file at the school. All new families must have these completed and turned in by Friday, August 8, 2025.

All families, current and new, must sign the following forms in Brightwheel.

  • Nourish Enrollment Agreement (All families must sign)

  • Nourish Financial Agreement (All families must sign)

  • Nourish Photo Release Form (All families must sign)

Billing and Tuition Information

All families received an email from our billing team (billing@nourishearlylearning.com) who laid out your statement plan for the program year. This will confirm your weekly payments.
